TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING

The Freedom to Be

Transformation takes place through the discovery of who we really are at the core of our beings. How is this accomplished? We begin through the cultivation of self acceptance and welcome who we are in this very moment as necessary in relation to our past history and current context. When we give space to the parts that we have rejected or denied because of pain, fear, shame, and confusion, we realize that our feelings and emotions are paths to our essential nature. And when we allow space for the entirety of who we are, we are given the opportunity to come back into balance with ourselves and our world. This is our innate potential to reclaim our natural freedom—to live life authentically and fully.

Drawing on over 30 years of ongoing study, training, and practice, my trauma-informed approach to healing and transformation blends various somatically-oriented modalities such as Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Process Work, while taking its theoretical inspiration from the Presence and Essence-based orientation of Thomas Hübl and A. H. Almaas. This synthesis engages present awareness within a safe and sacred container, allowing for the organic emergence of held sensations, feelings, and memories carried in our bodies, hearts, and minds. Once encountered through a resonant field of shared presence, these emergent experiences can be metabolized by our evolving nervous systems, updating our attunement to Essence, and dissolving habitual patterns that keep us frozen. When so attuned, we can more easily access our natural capacity to:

• Cultivate nervous system self-regulation • Resolve trauma • Develop self-compassion and resilience • Communicate authentically • Maintain loving relationships • Integrate spiritual and entheogenic experience • Embody and attune to Essence • Connect to Higher Guidance
